Financial Reporting Analyst Location: DHA Phase 8, Plot 45 - D Block, Opposite to Bank Habib Metro, LahoreShift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AMSchedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week, 9-hour shifts)Company: Transpotech (Subsidiary of Sunny's Worldwide)This position is Office BasedKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly management reports, including sales activity by region, sales agent, and customer, along with related trend analyses.Perform variance analysis to identify and explain deviations between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.Provide regular financial and operational performance reports to management.Work closely with the general ledger team to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounts and supporting schedules.Partner with the CFO and COO to develop financial models for incentive structures, commission calculations, and other management-driven analyses.Budgeting & ForecastingAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.Collaborate with business units to gather assumptions and ensure alignment across financial plans.Monitor performance against budget and identify key risks, variances, and opportunities.Cost Control & Process ImprovementAnalyze and monitor costs, margins, and overheads to identify areas for improved profitability.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.Support cash flow management and working capital analysis.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Professional certification or progress toward CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.3–6 years of experience in management accounting, FP&A, or financial reporting.Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Oracle).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.What We Offer:● Medical insurance.● Provident fund.● Life insurance.● Monthly office activities and team-building events.● Paid time off & Leave encashment.● Annual increments.About Us:Sunny’s Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation was founded in 1995 by Sunny Chaudry.
