This key role involves managing financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic planning. You will have the chance to lead financial operations at an important plant, work with international teams in India, Thailand, and Italy, and receive a competitive salary with bonuses and benefits following Japan's HR standards.主な業務内容:- 中期および年間予算の策定と実施をリードする。- 売上、コスト、在庫、人員などの財務データを分析する。- エンジニアリングおよび製品開発の経費を管理し、報告する。- 予算と比較した財務パフォーマンスを追跡し、リスクを特定し、解決策を提案する。- 横浜の推進事業チームと協力し、タイ、インド、イタリアのチームと調整する。- 内部および外部監査の窓口として対応する。- 本社からの方針や手続きを実施する。- 月次決算や予算作成をサポートする。求める資格:- 会計学の修士号、CPA資格、または同等の会計経験。- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力と流暢な英語。- マネージャーレベルのFP&A経験5年以上、総勤務経験12年以上。- 予算策定、KPI分析、パフォーマンス管理の専門知識。- チーム管理および人材育成の経験。- 多国籍または多文化環境での経験があると望ましい。- 自動車または製造業界でのFP&A経験。- 製造工場のコスト構造に関する深い理解。- 高度な会計とデータ分析スキル。- 優れたリーダーシップ、交渉、プレゼンテーション能力。- 改善および問題解決手法に精通していること。- 国内外の出張に対応可能であること。
