We are committed to fostering professional growth and providing the tools and support necessary for success.Our Finance department in Dublin is currently seeking talented individuals to join the Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our global accounting teams with regulatory reporting, monthly book closings, accounting analysis, management reporting, and other finance-related activities across North America and EMEA. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Principal ResponsibilitiesAssist the global finance team with regulatory filings across various jurisdictions.Support monthly book closings across North America and EMEA regions.Perform reconciliations and cash management for Millennium’s global management company accounts.Prepare financial statements and guide audits to completion.Contribute to internal management reporting and global finance projects.Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.Collaborate with the global finance team on ad hoc projects.Qualifications/Skills RequiredMinimum of 3 years' experience in a Finance or Accounting role, preferably in a large accounting firm or relevant industry.Relevant accounting qualification.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with web applications and MS Office.Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment.Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
