We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.QUALIFICATIONBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. CPA (SMMM) certification is a must10+ years experience in the financial control & reporting field, with a minimum 4-5 years in an audit company, consolidation experience is a plusHave knowledge of IFRS, Accounting and Tax lawProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Logo) Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office and Financial software and reporting toolsAbility to work independently, good time management and well-organizedStrong analytical skills and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in workJOB DESCRIPTIONPrepare&review both stand alone and monthly consolidated financial reports, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics in accordance with IFRS and management reporting rulesPrepare&review quarterly IFRS financials with IAS29 applications related to inflation, audited year-end TCC reportsProvide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-makingMonitor and control the statutory trial balance, control & make insights about R&D accounting, VAT position and corporate income tax calculations Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standardsCollaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and timely completion of auditsCoordinate budgeting and forecasting processes; prepare and present financial plans to senior managementGive contribution to prepare Cash-Flow budgets, actual cash-flow analysis on a daily basis and closely monitor collections and payments with the finance teamMonitor and control Opex and Capex spending, support investment evaluations and ensure cost disciplineReview the balance sheet and control for any aged receivables and overall control over the items on the balance sheetBe the key contact for the developments in ERP system for integrations Support the team with any relations and reportings to legal authorities (e.g, TCMB, TUİK)Collaborate closely with all business functions to provide financial insightsWHAT WE OFFER?Working in a young and dynamic environment with a collaborative agile cultureHaving the opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies and toolsBeing part of a data and customer centric cultureGrowing your career through frequent educational sessions and internal/external trainings,Benefiting from comprehensive pre boarding and onboarding programs for a rapid adaptation to the organization and quick start to your roleBenefits such as lunch card with or without remote workingComplementary private medical insurance and accident insuranceGifts for special days, marriage, birth giftsYour personal data will be processed in accordance with the law and as specified in the clarification text.
