Financial Reporting Officer (Accounting & Data-Driven Focus)

Our client is looking for a Financial Reporting Officer with strong accounting expertise and data-driven capabilities to support its General Accounting & Consolidation team.This role blends operational accounting tasks with process improvement and reporting responsibilities, contributing to both monthly closings and strategic transformation initiatives.Responsibilities:Analyze reconciliation issues between operational and accounting systemsSupport the automation of group consolidation processesImprove accounting transaction parameterization and reduce manual entriesContribute to the implementation of an e-invoicing frameworkAssist with monthly and quarterly closings, identifying improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with the Finance Squad in an agile environmentProvide insights and actions to accelerate reporting and closing processesYour Profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or EconomicsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reportingStrong knowledge of general accounting, data management, and ERP toolsExcellent analytical skills, accuracy, and autonomyStrong communication and team spiritFluent in French and English, good command of Dutch
