About The JobThe Financial Reporting Specialist needs to be able to communicate with Infinity EMEA Managers on regular basis and provide them relevant information to support them in the decision-makingTherefore, it is necessary to have a proactive approach in the exchanges with the management in order to propose and advise new initiatives that will help the teams to monitor cost and headcount figuresYour Main Activities AreMonitor Costs and budget definition and controlControl, Assist and Report the actual expenses figures to the Infinity EMEA Management and beneficiaries (re-invoicing)Participate to the analysis of the Infinity Transformation initiativesIdentify and Implement Smart Saving initiativesFollow up of the Headcount and Full Time Employees figuresProfile And Skills To SuccessBachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or AccountingAt least 3 years of professional experience in Financial Analysis and AdvisoryProficient knowledge of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordFluent in English, verbal and writtenAttention to detail and rigorTeam player and able to collaborateAble to manage and facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee or trainingAble to develop and adapt a processAble to understand, explain and support change Analytical AbilityAbout The TeamThe main objective of the Monitoring unit is to support the Infinity Managers understanding their costs and assisting them in the definition of their Forecast and BudgetThe team is also the owner of the re-invoicing process, being the SPOC of the Infinity beneficiaries.
