About the jobDescription:Sukuk Capital is a fintech company facilitating sukuk issuance for companies and enabling investors to invest in it.Role Description:As Financing Solutions Officer, you will be critical in managing and growing new and existing sales/relationships through direct/cold calls, inward queries, and sending promo emails. The role drives sales, retains volume and revenue across the fintech portfolio, and develops pipeline and win lines.Responsibilities:Drive the sales, pipeline, and agenda for Sukuk’s product from a wider B2B network.Identify opportunities through a strong understanding of Sukuk product offerings for partners, demonstrating value, specifically how the clients can achieve incremental payment volume.Manage multiple accounts simultaneously at different pipeline stages while being able to close deals of varying complexity, size, and sales cycle.Collaborate with internal product owners and relationship owners to service partners.Work closely with product leadership to provide feedback on product development needs for B2B.Review the market and competitive landscape, which will position Manafa as the market leader in partner sales.Strong focus on execution and deliverables across the entire sales and account management life cycle (pipeline, relationship development, cross-selling).May need to support and provide onboarding support for new and existing clients.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in finance or related majors.Experience in financing SMEs.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong people skills and ability to manage all stakeholders.
