This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit established but growing team in a fund with multiple previous successful raises coming back to market shortly. Responsibilities:
Assist the Founding Partners and the Investor Relations Manager to identify potential investors through multiple sources such as geographic benchmarks and conferences assessmentsAssist new investors in their due diligence process and participating in the preparation of fundraising documents including marketing materials and DDQsSupport with the preparation of annual general meetings, as well as any firm eventUpdate the website and social media channelsAssist the Finance team with the preparation of the quarterly reportingRequirements:
Previous relevant professional experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, High Growth Startup, ConsultingAnalytical, energetic and pragmatic person with a can-do attitudeOrganised and collaborativeGreat written and oral communication skillsFluent in English. Knowledge of other languages preferable (especially German)
