Joining Deblock at this moment in time is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative company that is making waves in the FinTech space.What The Job Is AboutThis is a junior freelancing position in our first line of defenceReviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of financial crime casesReporting confirmed suspicious activity to regulating entitiesActing as a point of contact for law enforcement agenciesActing in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelinesCooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable executionRequirementsPrevious experience in customer support or FinCrime role is valued, but not requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise mannerStrong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective resolutionsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English, spoken and written.
