Finisher - INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY

ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionPrep extrusions and parts for the finishing process.Apply finish to parts in the Company’s Liquid Spray Booth (utilizing HVLP Equipment) and Powder Coat Booth.Mix paint, as needed, to ensure the paint color adheres to the customer’s order and quality standards.Finish the Company’s custom structures and operable door and window systems, adhering to quality and production standards.Inspect all surfaces for cracks, holes, or dents prior to painting, and notify the Finishing Leadership of any problems or issues.Visually check finished parts ensuring proper coverage, free of runs, orange peel, scratches, dings, and dents.Operate the Company's powder coating equipment, including the dip tank, and powder guns.Document test results, material usage, and spray loss, informing Finishing Leadership of any issues.Complete all required documentation daily (paint and powder log books, titration, test requirements, quality forms, etc.).Maintain a clean and safe environmentOther duties as assigned
