Job Summary: A Southeast Asia–headquartered food ingredients group is expanding its footprint in North America and is seeking a Country Manager to lead its U. S. subsidiary, based in Atlanta. The company specializes in the import and B2B distribution of edible oils and specialty fats (e. g. , shortening, margarine, palm-based oils) for industrial food manufacturers. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L ownership, reporting directly to Group Management in Asia, and supported by a small local team across sales, operations, and finance. Responsibilities: Drive commercial strategy and revenue growth across the U. S.
marketOversee day-to-day operations including import logistics, inventory, and fulfillmentLead a lean, high-performing team (Sales Manager, Ops Manager, Accounts Executive)Build and strengthen customer relationships with industrial buyers and food manufacturersEnsure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and reporting alignment with HQRequirements: Min. 10 years’ experience in food trading, industrial ingredients, or B2B foodservice distributionProven track record in P&L management, sales leadership, and cross-functional operationsComfortable in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment (not from a large MNC)Knowledge of edible oils/fats or palm-based food ingredients a strong advantageBased in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GAAdditional information:
