The role will focus on implementing and operating FinOps processes using AWS, Apptio Cloudability, and Power BI to provide actionable insights for Finance, Technology, and Product stakeholders. The individual will play a critical part in embedding FinOps best practices into the organisation, enabling informed decision-making and effective cloud cost management.FinOpsエンジニアは、当社のAWS環境でクラウドの財務管理（FinOps）を推進し、コストの可視化、最適化、および説明責任を擁立する役割を担います。本ポジションは、AWS、ApptioCloudability、およびPower BIを用いてFinOpsプロセスを導入・運用し、財務、技術、プロダクトの各ステークホルダーに対して実行可能なインサイトを提供することに重点を置きます。担当者は、組織内にFinOpsでの最良の手法を定着させ、情報に基づく意思決定と効果的なクラウドコスト管理を可能にする上で重要な役割となります。2) Responsibilities:Implement, maintain, and evolve FinOps practices aligned to the FinOps Foundation framework (Inform, Optimise, Operate).Operate and manage Cloudability to provide cost visibility, reporting, anomaly detection, and savings recommendations.Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualise cloud cost, usage, budget adherence, and allocation by business unit, application, or service.Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to enable accurate chargeback/showback and budget forecasting.Drive AWS cost optimisation initiatives, including Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, Convertible RIs, Spot usage, right-sizing, and storage tiering.Partner with engineering teams to design cost-aware architectures and implement tagging standards for accurate allocation.Monitor and manage cloud spend anomalies and ensure timely remediation.Provide training, guidance, and documentation to develop FinOps awareness across stakeholders.Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes, including accruals, forecasting, and reconciliation activities.Contribute to the design of FinOps KPIs, metrics, and governance processes to ensure maturity and continual improvement.FinOps Foundationのフレームワーク（Inform、Optimise、Operate）に沿ったFinOpsの実践を導入、維持、改善する。Cloudabilityを運用・管理し、コスト可視化、レポーティング、異常検知、及びコスト削減の提案をする。Power BIダッシュボードを作成・保守し、クラウドコスト、利用状況、予算の遵守状況及び事業部門・アプリケーション、サービス部門別の配分を可視化する。財務、調達、エンジニアリングチームと連携し、正確なチャージバック／ショーバックと見込み予算の設定を可能にする。Savings Plans、Reserved Instances、Convertible RIs、Spot利用、ライトサイズ（リソースの適正化）、ストレージの階層化などを含むAWSのコスト最適化施策を推進する。エンジニアリングチームと協働し、コストを意識した設計をするとともに、正確な配分のためのタグ付け基準を導入・運用する。クラウド支出の異常を監視・管理し、適宜対処する。ステークホルダー全体でのFinOps意識向上のためのトレーニング、ガイダンス、ドキュメントを提供する。月次・四半期末の財務プロセス（未収計上、予測、照合作業を含む）をサポートする。FinOpsのKPI、指標、及びガバナンスプロセスの設計や成熟度の向上、継続的な改善に寄与する。Requirements:Mandatory:Must be Native Japanese speaker and business level in EnglishStrong experience working with AWS billing, cost management, and optimisation tools (Cost Explorer, CUR, Savings Plans, etc.).Hands-on experience using Cloudability for cost allocation, optimisation, and reporting.Skilled in building dashboards and reports in Power BI to support financial and operational stakeholders.Solid understanding of cloud economics, including unit economics, budgeting, forecasting, and chargeback/showback models.Knowledge of cloud architecture fundamentals and ability to collaborate with engineers on cost-efficient designs.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Technology.ネイティブレベルの日本語能力、ビジネスレベルの英語力を有する。AWSの請求・コスト管理・関連ツール使用（Cost Explorer、CUR、Savings Plans 等）の実務経験が豊富である。Cloudabilityを用いたコスト配分、最適化、レポーティングの実務経験がある。Power BIでダッシュボードやレポートを作成し、財務・運用のステークホルダーのサポートができる。ユニットエコノミクス、予算策定、予測、チャージバック／ショーバックモデル等を含むクラウド経済に関する確かな理解がある。クラウドアーキテクチャの基礎知識を持ち、エンジニアと協働してコスト効率の良い設計ができる。データを解析し、傾向を特定して解決策を提案できる高い分析力を有する。財務、調達、技術部門のステークホルダーに対して影響を与えうる優れたコミュニケーション能力がある。Preferred:FinOps Certified Practitioner (preferable).Experience in a large, multi-account AWS environment.Exposure to Apptio BI or similar enterprise financial reporting tools.Knowledge of TBM (Technology Business Management) or CSDM (ServiceNow Common Service Data Model) frameworks.Familiarity with scripting/automation (e.g., Python, SQL, or Terraform) for cost reporting and automation.Experience in change management and building FinOps adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.FinOps Certified Practitioner の資格保有。（あれば尚可）大規模かつマルチアカウントのAWS環境での実務経験。Apptio BI または同等のエンタープライズ向け財務レポーティングツールの使用経験。TBM（Technology Business Management）や CSDM（ServiceNow Common Service Data Model）フレームワークに関する知識がある。コストレポートの作成や自動化のためのスクリプト/自動化技術（例: Python、SQL、Terraform）に精通している。変更管理の経験および多様なステークホルダーに対しFinOpsを導入、推進した経験がある。Personal Attributes:Commercially astute with strong problem-solving skills.Collaborative and able to work effectively across Finance, Technology, and Procurement.Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.商業的な洞察力が高く、優れた問題解決能力を有している。財務、テクノロジー、調達部門と協働して効率的に業務を遂行できる協調性がある。細部に注意を払える姿勢と継続的改善の意識を持つ。変化の速い環境でも柔軟に対応し、抵抗なく働けること。勤務地／Office Location - 豊洲Toyosu
