FinOps Software Developer

IntroductionWe’re seeking a mid-band Developer with strong experience in Db2, ETL development (DataStage preferred), and a working knowledge of Watson Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will also bring DevOps experience and a consulting mindset, capable of translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain ETL pipelines using IBM DataStage.Design and optimize database solutions, primarily with Db2.Support integration and deployment of models using Watson Machine Learning.Apply DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows.Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions in a consulting capacity.Required Technical And Professional Expertise3–5 years of development experience with a focus on data engineering.Proficiency in SQL and Db2.Experience with ETL tools, especially DataStage.Familiarity with Watson Machine Learning and related tooling.Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD, Git, Jenkins).Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceExperience with IBM Cloud or other cloud platforms.Background in enterprise software or consulting engagements.
