Position: Project Manager – ConstructionLocation: Cameroon (open to all nationalities)Industry: Construction – Residential High-Rise (15+ storeys)Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of high-rise residential apartments in Cameroon. This is a managerial role with responsibility for overseeing all project phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of high-rise residential projects. Monitor project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities as needed. Provide regular project updates, reports, and progress analysis to management. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 8+ years of experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction projects. Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is required. Proven project management and leadership skills. Experience managing teams and large-scale construction projects. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. Experience in Africa is preferred. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
