Fintech Branch Manager (Up to $6.5K + AWS + Bonuses)Key Responsibilities:Help achieve individual and branch referral targets by identifying customer needs and proposing solutions via the app's offering.Lead the branch in engaging with customers to understand their investment goals and identify opportunities to assist them further.Spearhead the retail outlet's efforts in answering customer inquiries, provide information on the investment app. Explain the features of the app to clients.Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the capabilities of the app.Operational Efficiency & Compliance: Adhere strictly to policies, procedures, and security protocols.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with branch colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive working environment.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.Support new team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications & Experience:Previous managerial experience in a branch or customer service role, ideally within a retail or financial services environment (experience in banking is highly regarded but not essential).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.A genuine passion for personal finance/investments/stock markets, helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.MOM EA # 24S2636Salient Talent Pte Ltd.
