**Only Singapore based candidates will be processed*****Urgent Hiring***We are seeking a Fintech Business Consulting Lead to drive innovation, digital transformation, and SME financing initiatives across our regional fintech and financial services clients.The ideal candidate will combine strong product ownership capabilities with consulting experience, particularly in digital lending, embedded finance, and data transformation.You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions for banks, fintechs, and emerging digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead product strategy, business development, and digital transformation initiatives across SME lending, embedded finance, and funding platforms.Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, market opportunities, and ecosystem collaborations to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Develop and enhance digital onboarding workflows, regulatory compliance controls, and AI-driven customer journeys for scalable fintech solutions.Manage stakeholder engagement across business, operations, and technology teams, aligning product delivery with client objectives.Conduct market intelligence, product benchmarking, and competitive analysis across regional fintech ecosystems to inform growth strategy.Design and implement process automation using tools and API-driven integrations to improve efficiency and user experience.Oversee delivery of business transformation programs that optimize cost structures, strengthen risk control, and enhance customer value.About You5 to 8+ years’ experience in fintech, banking, or consulting.Proven expertise in SME financing, digital lending, or financial product management.Skilled in eKYC, secured lending, and digital onboarding workflows.Exposure to AI-driven solutions or workflow automation preferred.Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
