With a dynamic, startup-driven energy, their team is collaborative, transparent, and focused on growth and responsibility.About the Role:We are looking to hire a dedicated and passionate Fintech Partnership Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing new agency, platform, and integration partners. You’ll act as the main point of contact for their partners, building long-term collaborations and ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently, take ownership of the partnership program, and contribute directly to scaling a fast-growing fintech SaaS company.This is a full-time, remote role with a flexible schedule (EU time zone preferred).We are looking for a Fintech Partnership Manager specifically with these requirements:Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Highly skilled in building long-term relationships.2+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, or eCommerce partnerships.Previous experience working in a chargeback industry will be considered as a big plus.Experience with Clay.com, Apollo.io, Hubspot, or similar tools (preferred).Strong organizational skills and ability to work without micromanagement.Proven success in outreach, and partnership growth.Comfortable closing deals and driving results independently.Self-motivated, confident decision maker with strong problem-solving skills.Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):Find, source, pitch, and close new agency, platform, and integration partners.Act as the go-to person for partners from initial contact through long-term collaboration.Create tracking links, collateral, and co-marketing initiatives to drive partner growth.Stay in touch with partners regularly to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and referrals.Track performance and optimize partner programs for scale.Help shape KPIs and processes for the partnership department.Build and eventually manage a partnerships team.Growth Opportunities/Perks:Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities.21 days paid vacation + 10 sick days annually.Wellness stipend ($125/month) + entertainment allowance ($75/month).Eligibility for discretionary bonuses.Flexible working schedule in a global remote-first team.Opportunity to build and scale the partnerships function from the ground up.Upward mobility into management and leadership as the company grows.This Position Is Perfect For You If…You're a fast learner.You won’t be expected to know everything from the start, but you’ll need to be motivated and quick to learn new information.You’re self-motivated.You take ownership of opportunities, prioritize effectively, and can work independently without constant supervision.You have a passion for building partnerships.You communicate clearly and confidently, presenting Chargeback.io’s value to agencies, platforms, and SaaS partners in a professional, persuasive, and “polite but firm” way.Our hiring process is made up of four parts, so please be aware that you will need to dedicate time for a questionnaire, a video, and two 1-on-1 interviews.Thank you for taking the time to consider this position.
