We are currently seeking a Project Executive to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry in our Austin, TX location. This position will be for a industrial manufacturing client estimated project length of one year with possible extension. Job Description:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of all staff associated within a manufacturing facilityCoordinate and oversee installation activities related to life safety systemsCollaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetManage and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and training as neededEnsure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standardsMeet with management that oversees regular inspections and audits to maintain and improve operational excellenceEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendorsCommunicate status of all operations to the District General Manager.

RequirementsProven experience in managing fire life safety systems operations, in a leadership roleIn-depth knowledge of fire alarm, suppression, security and sprinkler systems, including the installation processFamiliarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulationsStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in project management software and toolsValid driver's license and the ability to travel as requiredBenefitsFiretrol offers competitive wages and top-of-the-line benefits that include health, dental vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, generous paid time off practice and a 401(k) plan with a generous company match and immediate vesting.
