This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, supporting them through lead generation, onboarding, and customer retention. As the main point of contact, you will manage daily operations, including lead tracking, renewals, and payouts, while ensuring smooth communication and partner success. What You’ll Be DoingWork cross-functionally with the internal sales team and external partners to source, support, and close net-new merchant deals. Expand ARR from existing accounts through partner collaborationFocus on managing high-value agencies and tech partners capable of influencing revenue.
Build Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to align goals and track performanceCo-develop GTM strategies with ecosystem partners to ensure long-term, win-win success for Firework and its ecosystem. Maintain a strategic mindset beyond transactional lead-gen effortsWork closely with the internal CS team to enable and empower agency partners, ensuring customer retention and driving ARR expansion within existing accountsCollaborate with partner marketing to execute joint events, WeChat posts, webinars, and media partnerships that elevate awareness in the market and support upper-funnel engagement to cultivate the target audienceTrack partner performance using data-driven KPIs. Evaluate ROI of all partner and marketing initiatives.
