✅ Sales Growth• Acquire new premium accounts (wine shops, high-end bars, hotels) across Nairobi• Drive volume and market share for our luxury spirits and wine portfolio• Outperform competitors in key Nairobi zones✅ Account Management• Build strong trade partnerships with premium retailers and distributors• Conduct product trainings• Resolve customer issues with premium service standards✅ Brand Execution• Perfect in-store branding and product displays• Implement strategic promotions in high-potential locations• Report on market trends and campaign effectiveness✅ Territory Excellence• Optimize daily routes to maximize Nairobi coverage• Systematically expand distribution through new accounts• Maintain meticulous sales recordsWhat Success Looks Like:
