About the RoleWe’re looking for a sharp and agile Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the tech industry to support our recruitment needs. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across departments to build strong teams that drive the company’s success. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
Source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, and industry-specific platforms. Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality candidates across multiple job families. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate both technical proficiency and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Maintain up-to-date data and provide regular reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates. Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and onboarding enhancements.
Stay informed on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity in both tech and corporate hiring. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a technology company or in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to hire people across a wide range of functions—engineering, corporate, and creative. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
