To support our growth and impact, we are seeking a high performance, self-motivated, professional who is looking for an opportunity to help drive our business as a Senior Insight Specialist. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail focused, business savvy, task-oriented team player who will support the Customer Success Management team to ensure a successful partnership with our customers. Job SummaryThis role of Sr. Insight Specialist – Customer Success, is responsible for assisting and supporting the Customer Success Management team with creating, building, and deploying Insight engagements.

As functional experts, they will support the team in delivering strategic, well-executed consumer engagements. The desire and ability to quickly learn is pivotal as there is substantial opportunity to deliver value and grow within the organization.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute our customer's Insight engagements, including the collection and detailed organization of online assets from customerReview data inputs for quality controlCommunicate directly with customers to coordinate strategically sound, on-time and successful completion of online consumer engagements for timely results deliveryPartner with the Customer Success Management team to identify the customers' business needs and then communicate the proper value proposition by matching First Insight's capabilities to those objectivesAttend internal and customer meetings to understand customer requirements and solution positioning to ensure successful alignment and increased customer utilizationFrequent travel to customer sites to assist with strategy and execution on accountCollaborate on ad-hoc projects with Customer Success Management teamIdentify and establish customer-specific efficiencies in workflow with manager’s supportQualifications And SkillsDegree from an accredited college or universityProven track record of successfully learning and understanding a task and executing with precisionDemonstrated ability of learning and following a defined set of processes2+ years of retail experienceTech savvy with understanding of data analyticsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment balancing multiple responsibilitiesOutstanding listening, verbal, written and presentation skillsGoal-oriented with high personal drive, integrity and energyStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adhere to strict deadlinesUses critical thinking skills to solve problemsProject management experience is helpfulUnderstands the retail go-to-market processModerate/strong technical skills with Excel and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)Must be comfortable working in a team environmentHybrid role, primarily remote, willingness to travel locally and/or internationally up to 20% of the timeMust be authorized to work in the UKLook us up! www.
