OverviewFIB is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Merchant Advisor. As a Merchant Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential Merchants/businesses and Cashpoints in the region, providing ongoing support to merchants and cashpoints, and engaging with customers to promote new projects and services. Market Research: Conduct surveys in Erbil to identify potential merchants and cash pointsMerchant Recruitment: Visit merchants and cash points daily and recruit them to join FIB's services. Merchant Support: Provide ongoing assistance and issue resolution for recruited merchants and cashpoints. Customer Engagement:
Contact existing customers to inform them about new procedures and regulations from the bank. Sales: Understand customer requirements and effectively close sales and onboard clients. Data Management: Maintain accurate records by entering daily visit and sales data into the company's database. Reputation Management: Uphold and enhance the company's reputation through professional interactions. Sales Quota: Strive to meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the company's growth. Market Insights: Gather market requirements and suggest new services based on customer feedback. Requirements Proven experience as sales representative or other sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Ability to Multitask. Must have its own car. LanguagesKurdish & Arabic (English is a plus).
