First Line Manager

First Line Managers are required for Bio group Company for below Areas 1/ Great Cairo 2/ Giza hashtag#ResponsibilitiesConduct meeting with medical representative to analyze sales sheet, solving any deviation & set the weekly plan then send it to the direct manager.Acting as a company ambassador to his team workers members as well as external customers. Responsible for team members’ motivation &retention as well as being a positive contribution to the brand and whole organization. Conduct single visits for KOL to launch new product, collecting feedback for the products & maintain good relation. Conduct coaching visits & sales forecasting and ensure medical road map is followed. Prospect new areas in order to track opportunities. Follow up with sales department to track their weekly achievement.Set target break down with the manager according to last year achievement & area potentiality.
