We are hiring one "Martian" (you should know the movie) - a Marketing Growth Lead who is a true sniper.Your mission for the first 30 days is to execute a high-touch, manual, strategic plan to land a dozens of critical pilots with top brands and agencies.Your primary KPIs are pilots booked and partnerships signed. We do not measure "connection requests sent" or followers. We measure wins.Your 30-day MissionYou will be the single owner of this entire process:Identify: Build and own our "Martian List" of 100 high-fit target accounts (top-tier agencies, specific enterprise brands).Research: Go deep on the decision-makers at these accounts. Understand what they talk about, what they care about.Engage: Build community. Find what adds value. Be non-generic, surgical, thoughtful. Drive and Convert: keep gene of curiousity alive, find champions, create added value offers and convert.Who we're looking for:You are an Anti-Growth-Hacker. You believe bots and spam tools (like HeyReach, Instantly, etc.) destroy brands and waste time. You work with a compliant, official-partner stack (Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft).You are a Superb Writer. Your comments are intelligent. Your DMs are concise, compelling, and sound human. You can write for the auditory, not for buzz.You are Disciplined: You can run a multi-day, manual cadence for 100+ accounts simultaneously without cutting corners.You are a Commercial Sniper: You are motivated by booking the demo and signing the pilot, not by "looking busy."You are an Owner: You want to work directly with the founder, own the entire process, and be fully responsible for the result.You want to be a part of winning, high-speed and high-quality team ready to build.
