Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Duties:- Responsible for the delivery of facilities services across a designated area in as agreed within the SLALead a multi-skilled team to provide Facilities Management services in accordance with the SLAMonitor reporting daily, ensuring that all client service requests are allocated to the appropriate supply partner and closed out accordinglyEnsure all new starters (such as new vendors on site or any third party, contractors) receive all the necessary introductions promptly and accuratelyProvide timely and accurate management informationEnhance the service delivery through best practice and the effective use of systems and equipmentEnsure all necessary processes/procedures are in operation and adhered toManage all service contracts including; cleaning, vending, security, catering, maintenance, fleet, office management etcCoordinate facilities and project management, from inception to completion for the client sitesEstablish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and take a proactive approach to requirementsProduce regular reports according to schedule agreed with the client using CBRE internal systemsHold regular progress reviews to ensure client satisfactionLiaise with landlord and property managers to ensure their service charge obligations are metManage budgets and prepare regular forecasts according to agreed schedules targetsResponsible for Health and Safety on site, monthly HSE inspections and regular auditsFollow the HSE policy within the SLA and required by CBRE policyFollow required emergency prevention and operational controlsReport all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergenciesResponsible for ensuring that all equipment is maintained and operated in a safe mannerJob Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years in hub and warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping fieldVery good English LevelMust have experience in leading and supervising teamsHigh School Diploma; Bachelor's degreeDecision Making and problem solving skillsAnalytical and reporting skillsAbility to meet deadline and work under pressureTime Management and multi-taskingGood interpersonal skills and leadership skillsProactive, with can do attitude and good judgmentFocused and professional attitudeWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
