CSA Lead – Architectural (Data Centre Delivery)Our client is a leading international Engineering & Construction Firm, known for delivering high-value mission-critical infrastructure across Europe, and they are now looking for an experienced CSA Lead (Architectural) to join their growing team, working on a major hyperscale project in Finland. You will take ownership of all civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a large-scale data centre build, managing a multidisciplinary team and complex packages. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone with strong project oversight experience in high-value construction environments.
This is a senior site-based leadership role with responsibility for managing a team of 50+ and other subcontractors, across all CSA packages on a high-value hyperscale build. This is a long-term site-based opportunity offering strong career growth and project exposure. 📍Finland, EU - you can be based anywhere in the EU (packages for accommodation etc. )🕒Permanent, Full-time role🏗️Data Centre | Mission-Critical Construction💶Competitive packages + BenefitsWhat You’ll Do: Lead delivery of all civil, structural, and architectural elements on a large-scale technical project. Oversee design coordination, subcontractor management, and BIM compliance across CSA scopes.
Manage hig-valued packages from early design stages through to completion. Represent the CSA function in stakeholder meetings, reporting directly to the Project Director. Ensure performance against budget, schedule, safety, quality, and client satisfaction targets. Guide a multidisciplinary team including package managers, engineers, and supervisors. Requirements for the role: 5+ years in senior roles managing large construction projects (€50M+). Proven success in CSA package delivery from concept through handover. Strong understanding of design & build, especially in contractor-led environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills. Familiarity with data centre projects is a strong advantage in this role.
Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
