Electrical Project Manager - Data Centres With a reputation for excellence in mission-critical construction, our client is renowned for delivering complex, high-value data centre projects across Europe. They are looking for experienced Electrical Project Managers, to join a multi-national project team delivering hyperscale infrastructure across Europe. You’ll be responsible for managing OFCI equipment, ensuring coordination across vendors, site teams, and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Act as the technical and process interface for all OFCI matters with clients and vendors. Manage OFCI scope to align with project requirements and delivery timelines.
Lead stakeholder coordination across engineering, commissioning, and programme teams. Chair weekly meetings with vendors and client stakeholders. Report on package progress, escalate risks, and ensure seamless integration on-site. Maintain confidentiality and uphold client data and security protocols. 📍Norway📅Full-Time | Permanent💶Competitive Package + Benefits + Accommodation allowances etc. Note: If you are not permanently based in Norway but live elsewhere in the EU or abroad, you must be willing to travel to the region and work on a rotational basis. Flights will be provided, as well as accommodation and weekly allowances. Requirements for the Role:
A minimum of 7 years of experience with an M&E contractor, ideally on data centre or similar complex infrastructure projects. Electrical engineering qualification. Confident communicator and problem-solver with strong coordination and leadership skills. Fluent in managing large-scale packages, vendor liaison, and on-site delivery.
