WHAT DOES A SUCCESSFUL SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER DO AT FISERV?As a member of our POS TMC Team, you will develop scalable and secure applications that power our dynamic financial services. You will design and develop robust solutions, architect integrations and drive CI/CD pipelines with modern DevOps practices. Our POS TMC team is responsible for enabling/disabling Base24 (payment engine) acquiring and for POS Terminal Management & Configurations ensuring efficient and reliable operations that empower our clients and shape the future of digital transactions. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Full‑stack development of robust applications that power the terminal onboarding process using Java, Spring Boot. Architect seamless integrations via RESTful APIs and messaging systems to ensure smooth communication between distributed platforms. Enhance our continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines through automation and best DevOps practices. Unit testingParticipate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, technical discussions. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS POSITION: Salary starts from 3500€/m gross based on previous experience. This role is meant for employment only. B2B (SZČO/s. r. o. ) is not possible. We’re better together. This role is fully on-site.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE: Proficient in Java with practical experience using Git and Maven. Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Data. Solid skills in SQL; familiarity with Oracle DB and Hibernate. Experience with JMS and ActiveMQ Artemis. Proven ability working with RESTful APIs and OpenAPI. Practical knowledge of JUnit and Mockito. Experience with Linux, Bash scripting, Docker, and Kubernetes. Working knowledge of front‑end development using frameworks such as Spring Web MVC. WHAT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE:

Additional exposure to Spring Integration, Spring Authorization Server, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Kubernetes, Spring Cloud Config, or Spring Cloud Netflix. Familiarity with Liquibase and Kafka. Understanding of tools like Keycloak, Fortify, WIZ. io, WebInspect, or Sonatype Lifecycle. Experience with GitLab, Helm, ArgoCD, Splunk, Dynatrace, Jenkins, Nexus, or Harbor. PERKS AT WORK:
