· International group based in Romania· Production site with 50-150 people· Production activities with several production lines· Security challenges· Focus on growing, optimising the production☑️ TasksTeam Leadership and Company Culture· Lead, mentor, and coach cross-departmental teams to drive excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Financial and Operational Management· Oversee the site's financial performance, ensuring control of operational budgets. · Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Strategic Planning· Develop and execute strategic site plans to optimize plant operations and achieve established targets.
· Manage the site’s capital expenditure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery within budget and timelines. Maintenance and Operational Excellence· Supervise the dedicated maintenance team, develop maintenance programs, and optimize costs. · Promote continuous improvement and industrial performance. Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)· Implement and oversee various EHS activities at the site in accordance with Group standards. · Ensure the implementation of preventive and corrective measures. 🚩 Starting date: September, latest early October 2025 with a dynamic client decision process ☑️ Your key skills & profile Profile · Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role· Previous experiences in industrial production, steel, car manufacturing, energy.
· Experience in Romania is mandatory· Fluency in English, another European language is a plus· Good knowledge of ERP / SAP systems is a plus.
