Fit-Out Foreman

Position Title: Fit-Out ForemanLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Operations / Site ManagementReports To: Project Manager / Site EngineerRole Overview:The Fit-Out Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all site activities related to interior fit-out works, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multi-trade teams on-site. QualificationsSupervisory skills and effective communication abilitiesExperience with heavy equipment and maintenance tasksKnowledge of carpentry and constructionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyRelevant certifications in MEP, construction, or related fields are a plusAt least 5 years of relevant work experienceFluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantageuae driving license is a must.Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Foreman or similar role in Dubai or the GCC region.Strong background in interior fit-out and finishing works.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of local safety and construction regulations.Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
