Fit-out Manager

Job DescriptionWSP is seeking an experienced Fit-out Manager to join our team in Riyadh, responsible for managing and overseeing all fit-out activities across the project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and proven experience working with PMC firms on large-scale construction and interior fit-out projects in the Middle East.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all fit-out and interior design works across assigned projects, ensuring delivery within quality, time, and budget parameters.Oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project specifications and design intent.Review and approve fit-out design drawings, materials, and method statements in coordination with design and construction teams.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.Coordinate with the client, project management, and site teams for timely resolution of issues and approvals.Manage quality inspections and handover documentation to ensure smooth project completion.Review and verify contractor claims, variations, and progress payments.Conduct design and constructability reviews to identify value engineering opportunities.Support project close-out, final inspections, and snag list management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.Proven track record of delivering fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of international construction standards and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with Saudi building codes and local authority requirements is an advantage.Previous Middle East experience is mandatory.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
