Job Title: Fit-Out SupervisorLocation: Belgium (various project locations)Project Type: Commercial / Office / Retail / Data Centre / Pharmaceutical Fit-OutEmployment Type: Full-TimeReporting To: Site Manager / Project ManagerRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee interior construction and finishing works on high-quality fit-out projects in Belgium. The successful candidate will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver projects in line with programme, budget, and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all fit-out and finishing trades: partitions, ceilings, joinery, M&E integration, flooring, painting, decoration, etc.Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors.Ensure work is carried out according to design drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.Drive construction quality and inspect workmanship to meet client expectations.Monitor programme and ensure deadlines are met.Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce safety procedures.Work closely with site engineers, project managers, M&E coordinators, and architects.Maintain detailed site documentation such as daily reports, snag lists, RAMS, and site diaries.Identify and resolve technical or coordination issues on site.Support logistics planning and material deliveries.Ensure compliance with Belgian construction regulations and company policies.Requirements5+ years’ experience in fit-out or interior construction supervision.Strong knowledge of technical detailing and finishing standards.Proven experience coordinating multi-disciplinary subcontractors.Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, M&E, joinery).Strong understanding of HSE standards (e.g. VCA/SCC favourable).Good communication and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and manage fast-track programmes.Valid EU work permit.Languages: English required; Dutch or French is an advantage.Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites within Belgium.DesirableExperience working on data centre, pharmaceutical, or corporate office fit-outs.Certification in construction supervision or site management.VCA Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).Experience with quality control systems and snagging software (Procore, PlanGrid, SnagR, etc.).PackageCompetitive salary + allowances.Accommodation/travel support (if applicable).Meal vouchers + travel reimbursement (for Belgium-based roles).Long-term career development with international project exposure.Training and certification support (VCA, First Aid, etc.).
