EI OPS (Fit Out) team of Emirates Islamic Bank is projects team that executes the design and renovation of EI Branches in UAE. Our team deliver quality service in building up Branches and Back Office within the project time with minimum budget. Managing & supervising and site visit of the construction of Bank properties and Bank finance properties. Job Purpose The position holder is responsible to manage the team to coordinate and oversee Site Inspection and Fit-out maintenance MEP & PPM activities and carrying out verifying the documents received from the IBHF sales unit and HF customers & contractors ensuring timely execution of repairs, preventive upkeep, and vendor management, while supporting smooth project operations and maintaining safety and quality standards.Provides strategic direction, optimizes workforce performance, and ensures coordinated execution across all project teamsManages UAE authority submissions and approvals, guaranteeing full compliance with municipal, civil defense, and statutory requirementsDrives end-to-end project delivery by controlling timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder coordination for seamless site operations.Ensure all Fit-out work and site meets quality standards.Upholds strict documentation protocols, enforces quality standards, and ensures all works meet technical, safety, and contractual specifications.Resolves site challenges proactively and ensures each fit-out project is completed on schedule with superior workmanship and client satisfactionKnowledge / Skill etc.Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / architectureMinimum 4 to 6 years in Fit outs project management experienceKnowledge of AutoCAD /LEED or ISOG/NEBOSHGood knowledge of MS office Good Communication skills
