Job Description

Train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate personal trainers, fitness instructors, and support staff.Design and manage group exercise schedules, personal training packages, and specialised fitness programs (e.g., weight loss, strength, rehabilitation).Support the team in leading group classes and conducting personal training sessions.Maintain the cleanliness of the gym floor, equipment, studios, and changing rooms. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Report any equipment issues and accidents, and address members’ concerns promptly.Build professional relationships with members, provide consultations, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and support.Operate the gym efficiently whilst maximising the commercial aims and objectives of the business.Monitor team and program performance through KPIs such as class attendance, PT conversion rates, and member retention.Collaborate with marketing to promote services, create fitness challenges, seasonal offers, and wellness campaigns.Assist in budgeting, track revenue targetsBachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Sports Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field.Industry certifications: ACE, HINTSA, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent in Personal Training or Group Fitness CPR, AED, and First Aid certified (mandatory).2+ years of experience in a fitness leadership or management role.Proven experience developing customer journeys and managing team performance.Experience in fitness operations within a multi-sport venue is preferred.Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
