We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us, you can continue to explore Accor’s limitless possibilities.By joining an Accor brand, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.Do what you love; care for the world; dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionLeadership & Team ManagementLead the fitness team, set expectations, provide coaching, conduct appraisals, and support hiring, training, and performance management.Ensure staff follow hotel policies, wellbeing protocols, and service standards.Operations & Service DeliveryOversee daily fitness center operations, including gym supervision, equipment upkeep, cleanliness, and supply management.Manage group exercise programs, recruit instructors, and ensure class quality.Deliver services as needed, including personal training and group classes.Host guests professionally and ensure high service standards.Administration & Financial SupportMaintain accurate records, schedules, incident reports, payroll support, and member data.Assist the Spa Director with budgeting, reporting, planning, and marketing updates.Manage vendor contracts, purchasing needs, and monthly income reports.Guest Experience & Quality ControlEnsure exceptional guest experiences through daily walkthroughs, quality audits, and rapid resolution of complaints.Maintain high cleanliness and facility standards, ensuring positive feedback and service excellence.Health, Safety & HygieneEnforce all safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures for guests and staff.Keep all areas clean, safe, and well-maintained, reporting hazards immediately.QualificationsQualifications & SkillsProven experience in fitness, recreation, or wellness center management.Strong leadership, communication, and people management abilities.Certified personal trainer or fitness professional (preferred).Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.Knowledge of health, safety, and wellness standards.Ability to deliver training, group classes, and personal coaching as required.
