Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness & Wellness Lead at AnoMansa Beach Resort located in Elmina. The Fitness & Wellness Lead will be responsible for conducting group exercise sessions, providing fitness instruction, and leading wellness programs. This role involves creating personalized fitness plans, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Fitness & Wellness Lead will also oversee the daily operations of the fitness facilities, including equipment maintenance and safety protocols. Qualifications Skills in Group Exercise and Fitness InstructionExperience in the Fitness Industry and knowledge of Exercise PhysiologyStrong Customer Service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksRelevant certifications in fitness and wellness programsBachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
