Fixed Asset Accountant

Ali & Sons Holding is seeking a Fixed Assets Accountant to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our asset management systems across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and SAP experience.Key Responsibilities:Receive and create master data of fixed assets in SAP.Assign tag numbers and maintain accurate asset records.Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile asset data with the general ledger.Record acquisitions, disposals, and transfers in compliance with internal controls.Monitor project completions and capitalize costs upon finalization.Review and update asset schedules and accumulated depreciation reports.Investigate obsolescence, conduct impairment reviews, and recommend disposals.Prepare audit schedules and assist in internal and external audits.Develop and maintain fixed asset policies, procedures, and control systems.Generate fixed asset reports and analyses for management review.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceExperience: Minimum 5 years in fixed assets accounting or a related fieldSoftware: Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)Languages: English (mandatory); Arabic preferred At Ali & Sons Holding, we value precision, professionalism, and progress.
