From USSD to WhatsApp to mobi-sites, we deliver campaigns that connect, engage, and convert. We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Mobile Marketing Account Manager to join the team on a 3 month fixed term contract, who will then take ownership of our mobile campaigns and help our clients get the most out of these high-impact channels.The RoleAs our Mobile Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things mobile.You’ll plan, manage, and optimise mobile marketing campaigns for FMCG clients — ensuring flawless execution, strong performance, and measurable results.You’ll work closely with creative, tech, and client service teams to bring campaigns to life while keeping clients informed, engaged, and confident in the work we deliver.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end delivery of mobile marketing campaigns, including USSD, WhatsApp, and mobi-site activations.Collaborate with creative and development teams to brief, test, and launch campaigns.Act as the main point of contact for FMCG clients, keeping them updated on progress, results, and opportunities.Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise results.Ensure campaigns are compliant with industry standards and client regulations & requirements.Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver campaigns smoothly and on schedule.Spot opportunities to grow accounts by suggesting new mobile solutions and approaches.Learning and Development:Continuously learn about company products and services.Observe and support senior team members in order to develop client management skills.Minimum Requirements:3–5 years’ experience in account management or campaign management within digital/mobile marketing (agency or FMCG experience is a big advantage).Hands-on experience managing USSD, WhatsApp, or mobi-site campaigns.Strong client-facing skills — able to build relationships and manage expectations with ease.Organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for managing multiple projects at once.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make smart recommendations.A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Application Closing Date: 27 October 2025.Please Note: If you have not heard anything from us after 2 weeks of the Application Closing Date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
