Following this milestone, international boutiques have opened in New York (SoHo), London (New Bond Street), Los Angeles (Melrose Avenue) and Dubai.Role OverviewAs a Team Manager, you are a key driver of performance, team engagement and operational excellence in our Mykonos store. Leading by example on the sales floor, you embody Jacquemus’ solar, joyful and authentic spirit, while ensuring an exceptional client experience, strong commercial results and optimal stock management.In a fast-paced and highly seasonal environment, you inspire and coach your team daily, balancing business performance, people leadership and operational rigor to support brand desirability and store efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & CoachingLead, motivate and inspire the team on the sales floor, fostering a positive, energetic and high-performing team spiritCoach and develop Client Advisors through regular feedback, on-the-spot coaching and role modelingEnsure team engagement, energy and alignment with Jacquemus’ values throughout the season.Support onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring rapid integration and operational efficiencyAct as a strong relay between the team and store managementCustomer Experience & ClientelingLead by example in delivering warm, personalized and memorable client experiences.Ensure a consistent and elevated service level adapted to an international and demanding seasonal clienteleSupport the team in developing strong clienteling habits and building long-term client relationshipsBe actively present on the floor during peak hours to drive engagement, conversion and client satisfactionSales PerformanceDrive sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets through active floor leadershipMonitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring regular follow-up and action plansEncourage cross-selling, total looks and storytelling aligned with Jacquemus styling codesDemonstrate agility and reactivity in a high-traffic, fast-moving seasonal environmentStock Management & Store OperationsTake ownership of stock management, ensuring accuracy, availability and optimal product flowOversee deliveries, stock organization, replenishment and inventory processesMonitor stock levels and anticipate needs to support sales performance and visual standardsEnsure shrinkage prevention and compliance with stock proceduresSupport inventory counts and guarantee data reliabilityEnsure daily operations and company policies are followed with rigor and consistencyVisual Merchandising & Brand StandardsEnsure the store consistently reflects Jacquemus’ aesthetic: clean, sunny and effortlessly elegantGuarantee visual merchandising standards are respected and maintained throughout the dayProactively adapt floor organization to business needs and stock availabilityPROFILE & MINDSETNatural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skillsProven experience in team supervision within a retail or premium environmentStrong operational mindset with solid experience in stock managementPassionate about fashion, styling and the Jacquemus universeEnergetic, agile and comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal contextResults-driven, hands-on and solution-orientedTeam player with a positive, motivating and demanding mindsetStrong communication skills, fluent in English (Greek is a plus)From May to OctoberAccommodation not provided
