This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Logistics modules [ MM, SD ] and Logistics E2E processes, as well as strong involvement in international project teams across multiple countries. You will contribute to the design, implementation, integration, deployment, and documentation of SAP solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in logistics operations.Role InsightsAct as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to align on requirements and processes.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and workflows.Collaborate with QA and Development teams to validate requirements, support testing, and deliver system changes.Monitor business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation or improvements.Support incident analysis (Maintenance) by assessing business impact and recommending corrective actions.Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc business and operational reports.Ensure compliance with SOX controls and other governance standards.Maintain accurate system and process documentation.Support change management through communication, training, and stakeholder coordination.Ensure proper documentation of all tasks within Confluence.Build strong relationships with cross-functional within the CDC teams.What Makes You UniqueUniversity Degree in Informatics, Computer science or any equivalent qualificationSolid technical Experience with Maxbill Billing SystemAnalytical thinking & problem-solving.Requirements gathering & documentation.Stakeholder management.Knowledge of IT systems & billing processes – exposure to telecom billing/charging systems, rating, or batch processing is a plus.Methodologies – experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.Compliance & governance – understanding of SOX controls and regulatory requirements.Soft skills – attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and strong presentation skills.Tech skills: SQL Knowledge (Oracle), Linux, APEX and SOAP/REST APIs.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented and ready to take over responsibilityFluency in English, both written and spokenOur gratitude for the job done will be eternal, but we’ll also offer you:Modern working environment for your comfort.Friendly, ambitious, and motivated teammates to support each other.Thousands of online and in-person learning opportunities for you to grow.Challenging assignments and career development opportunities in multinational environment.Attractive compensation package.Hybrid working model.Numerous additional benefits, including, but not limited to free A1 services.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact: Yana Mladenova
