Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Flaherty & O’Hara is a law firm that provides liquor licensing, transactional, and related services to a variety of local, regional, and national clients in the alcohol industry. Flaherty & O'Hara has developed proprietary software, Evergreen Renewal Services, to manage and file license renewals for clients nationwide.

This position will involve collaborating with an attorney who specializes in alcohol-related issues in Pennsylvania and other regions, including direct client contact, preparation and filing of applications, legal research, and liquor license renewals. Qualified candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, proofreading skills and computer skills. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with an electronic file management system, such as NetDocs, is preferred. Experience with an electronic billing system, such as TABS or Practicemaster, is preferred. Paralegal certificate not required. Remote work is possible after initial training.
