The system is used to communicate the current locations of cargo through GPS tracking and geo-fencing.Mazrui International is a diversified holding group with wide variety of businesses in Oil & Gas/Oilfield Services, Financial Investments, Real Estate, Construction, Retail, Trading, Distribution, Logistics, Transportation, Hospitality, Education etc.Websites :-https://www.transafe.ae/ (Transafe Logistics)https://www.mazruiinternational.ae/ (Main Holding Group)Designation :- Fleet and Safety CoordinatorReporting to :- Country ManagerJob Objective :- Responsible for efficient and scheduling of deliveries proper routing of trucks, and take telephone orders and other information related to delivery of products and monitoring and reporting of the fleet management system.Key Responsibilities/Duties :- Maintaining vehicles for deliveries.Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.Complying with country laws and regulations.Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.Take on the responsibility for efficient and scheduling of deliveries proper routing of trucks, and take telephone orders and other information related to delivery of productsUpdates and monitor driver’s locationSending daily and weekly reportsGuiding drivers for offloading to port and assist for the documents neededRegistration process for trucks/trailers and follow up it with government authorities.Schedule repairs and maintenance of trucks and other company equipmentAssist in taking scheduled inventories, set-up and maintain all driver filesFollow company policies and procedures and recommendations on lease extensionsMaintain technical and computer skills and capability to effectively use distribution and office softwareOther duties as assigned by the transport managerQHSE Management & SupportEnsure achievement of QRTS ObjectivesEnsure that the EPR programs are undertaken to prepare drivers to face RTS issues prior to dispatchTake part as applicable in Mock Drills and trainings related to RTSParticipating in Root Cause and implementing corrective action as requiredReceive Purchase Requisitions (PR), check for correctness and transfer into a Purchase Order(PO)Carry out cancellation and amendments to PO’sOrganize and maintain computerized records for the FMSCarry out system administration tasks as required for Oracle and the FMSDecision Making AreasDrivers' locationDrivers offloading and dispatchContainer collection and statusContainer reading tank pressureSpecialized Knowledge Knowledge of transportation of dangerous gasses across landShould have an engaging personality with the ability to impart experience and develop those around himA team player with the ability to motivate and influence othersAnalytical with the ability to identify opportunities for improvementA strong communicator both written and verbalExperienceDegree in Logistics or Accounting.2-3 years in a similar fleet and drivers management role within logistics/transportation.2-3 years in the transportation industry.Outstanding organizational skills.Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.Attention to detail.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication
