Job Title: Fleet Manager – Limousine ServiceLocation: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month Job Type: Full-time | Weekly Off: 1 dayAbout Us:Find A Limo Luxury Transport LLC is a leading limousine service provider in Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Fleet Manager to oversee our luxury fleet operations and ensure seamless service for our clients.Freshers with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:Fleet Operations & Vehicle Management:Supervise daily limousine operations and coordinate driver schedules.Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for service.Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.Driver Coordination & Supervision:Assign routes, monitor attendance, and manage driver performance.Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of drivers.Address driver concerns and ensure compliance with company policies.Maintenance & Compliance:Schedule regular vehicle servicing and inspections.Ensure all vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, RTA permits) is up to date.Maintain accurate records of fines, licenses, and fleet documentation.Reporting & Cost Management:Prepare daily and weekly reports on fleet activities.Monitor operational costs and suggest efficiency improvements.Requirements:Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Experience: Prior experience in fleet management is an advantage; freshers are welcome.License: Valid UAE Driving License (Required).Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities; basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry).Language: English (Required).Why Join Us:Work with a leading luxury limousine service in Dubai.Supportive environment with opportunities for career growth.Competitive salary with a weekly day off.How to Apply:Interested?
