Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fleet Manager role located in Karnal. The Fleet Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, manage the logistics of transport vehicles, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating fleet schedules, supervising maintenance and repairs, monitoring fleet performance, and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications Strong knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance standards related to fleet operationsDemonstrated expertise in Fleet Management and Operations ManagementProven skills in Analytical Thinking to assess and improve fleet performanceExperience in overseeing Fleet Operations and managing logistics efficientlyProficient in problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilitiesProficiency in fleet management software and tools is advantageousBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
