The Fleet & Procurement Analyst will Program manager for fleet operations management. Responsible for supporting Procurement Associate Director with RFPs, contracting, purchasing and reporting. Your responsibilities will include:Oversee day-to-day fleet operations for various vehicles, including vendor management, policy upkeep, billing review, safety programs, and vehicle replacement cyclesDrive the transition strategy toward electric vehicles and ensure alignment with cost, driver needs, and environmental guidanceServe as the primary contact for fleet inquiries and ensure strong internal controls across all fleet processesSupport procurement activities including RFP development, supplier coordination, evaluations, negotiations, and contractingReview and approve contracts and purchase orders, monitor contract lifecycles, and ensure proper documentation and complianceProvide system support (Coupa/ePAL), issue resolution, reporting, and training to internal teams Track spend, follow up on compliance reports, and maintain procurement tools, templates, and materials Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep processes efficient, compliant, and well-documented What you bring to the job You are someone with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with sharp attention to detail. You also come with:University degree in Business or Finance; interest in MBA/CPA/SCMP is an assetMinimum 2 years of experience in analytical, operations, or procurement-related rolesProven ability to manage deadlines, mitigate risks, and handle shifting prioritiesHigh integrity, accountability, and a continuous-improvement mindsetComfortable working across teams and supporting multiple stakeholdersAbility to work from head office with some flexibility to work from home; minimal travel Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Shannan Willoughby.
