Their machines empower professionals in construction, agriculture, and related industries to achieve more efficiently and sustainably.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Fleet & Rental Operations Manager to support the daily business within the rental division. The role focuses on operational coordination, process optimization, and customer support— ensuring that rental activities run smoothly across multiple branches in Germany.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee daily rental operations, including scheduling, equipment allocation, and fleet availability.Support branches in managing customer requests, contracts, and documentation.Optimize fleet utilization in collaboration with local teams — balancing customer demand, maintenance schedules, and cost efficiency.Monitor, analyze, and report rental KPIs to track performance and identify improvement areas.Maintain accurate data and documentation within internal systems (ERP, Excel, etc.).Assist in customer communication, ensuring a high level of service quality and satisfaction.Support implementation of company policies and continuous improvement initiatives within the rental network.Candidate ProfileCompleted commercial or technical education (e.g., in industrial machinery, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or commercial vehicles).Several years of experience in an operational or coordination role within rental, logistics, or fleet management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Customer-oriented mindset and good communication abilities.Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge an advantage.Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany.What We OfferA stable, long-term position in an innovative and growing company.Varied operational tasks with direct impact on daily business performance.Friendly, supportive work culture with flat hierarchies.Competitive compensation and benefits.IndustryIndustrial Machinery / Construction Equipment Rental
