Fleet Supervisor

Job Title: Fleet Supervisor Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Company: Alkhalejiah Catering CompanyJob Purpose:To oversee and manage daily fleet operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of vehicles and drivers. This role is critical to supporting the company’s logistics performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations of company vehicles and drivers.Plan routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation.Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle utilization.Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet vehicles.Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, and inspection documents.Investigate incidents and accidents; prepare reports and ensure proper follow-up.Implement and monitor compliance with safety standards and government regulations (GACA, Transport Authority, etc.).Use GPS and fleet management systems to track vehicles and driver performance.Coordinate with the logistics, maintenance, and operations teams to support service needs.Analyze fleet data and generate performance and cost-efficiency reports.Lead and train a team of drivers, conducting performance evaluations and safety briefings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet or transportation supervision.Strong knowledge of vehicle types (light cars, vans, trucks, motorcycles, refrigerated trucks).Proficiency in GPS tracking tools and ERP/Fleet Management systems.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Valid Saudi driver’s license.Leadership skills and ability to manage a team under pressure.Preferred Skills:Experience reducing fleet costs (fuel, downtime, accident rates).Knowledge of local transport regulations and documentation.Ability to develop and implement process improvements in fleet operations.
