You know how to build websites and web apps that are fast, well-structured, user-friendly, and search engine-optimized. Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO is embedded into every step of the dev process. Conduct regular technical SEO audits.
identify and fix crawl issues, broken links, sitemap errors, indexing problems, and more. Monitor and analyze key SEO metrics (organic traffic, rankings, Core Web Vitals, bounce rate, etc. )Optimize website structure, performance, and speed to improve both SEO and user experienceIntegrate and maintain SEO improvements within blog and content platformsParticipate in broader web development tasks, contributing clean, scalable, and SEO-friendly code. We expect you to: Have experience in web development with an SEO mindset. Be confident working with tools like Google Search Console, Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, and other SEO/debugging tools.
Know how to identify and fix issues affecting crawlability, indexing, site structure, and page speed. Understand Core Web Vitals and how to optimize for them in code. Be familiar with structured data/schema markup. Have experience working with Content Management Systemt and templating systems. Be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of interpreting SEO data to guide development decisions. Proactive, curious, and a collaborator across cross-functional teams.
