Flight Manager

Position: Flight Manager Location: DubaiExperience: 8–10 yearsAbout the Role:Latinum HR is seeking an experienced and highly organized Flight Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private jet based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong aviation background, excellent coordination skills, and proven experience managing VIP or VVIP flight operations with utmost discretion and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end private jet operations, including flight planning, crew management, and scheduling.Ensure full compliance with GCAA and international aviation regulations.Coordinate with flight crews, maintenance teams, and ground handling providers to guarantee seamless and safe operations.Oversee aircraft maintenance timelines, documentation, and airworthiness requirements.Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts related to flight operations.Handle all aspects of VIP travel, including ground transfers, catering, and special requests.Maintain 24/7 readiness to support and resolve operational challenges.Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence, safety, and quality.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or related discipline.8–10 years of experience in private jet or VIP aviation management.Strong knowledge of GCAA, ICAO, and EASA operational standards.Proven expertise in flight dispatch, crew scheduling, and operations control.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in aviation operations software and flight tracking systems.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing VIP/VVIP private jet operations.Certifications in Flight Dispatch or Aviation Safety Management.Multilingual communication skills (Arabic, English, or French preferred).What’s in It for YouCompetitive compensation package.Opportunity to manage a luxury aviation operation in Dubai.Be part of a trusted and fast-growing HR consultancy connecting top aviation professionals with elite employers.
